I’ve always had my hair colored in a salon, so this was my first time coloring at home. Not only did it look like I had paid the normal $120 , it looked better! That was about 6 weeks ago and my color STILL looks fresh!:)
My hair was also very soft and shiny which was a wonderful plus:). I am sold on this product, and will use it again:) thank you!

I love the color that my color artist created for me. They really know their stuff. When I chose to go a tiny bit more red, I explain what I wanted and they changed my formula to the perfect shade. I love my hair color. I used to not color my hair because of a few bad experiences at different salons. With esalon, I brighten up my shade and know it looks great.

I absolutley love my hair color. It's a perfect shade, rich color, very well packaged with everything you need right in the box. I also LOVE real customer service where you can actually talk to someone and make adjustments to your order as needed. I thought of this as a solution to the pandemic situation but I think I'll stick with it.

I was constantly spending hundreds on hair that I never really liked. I have used esalon for a while and with every small change, I’m liking my hair more. I highly recommending giving it a shot! It is so incredibly easy. Almost fool proof. For the price of a tip at the salon. The individuals who answer my many many emails have been so kind and helpful. I’m excited to try a new colour next time. I feel like it just may be the best one yet. It was suggested to me by an esalon stylist after listening to all of the things I wanted to change, etc.... I can’t wait!

El color era lo que esperaba tengo que comentar que solo lo deje como 20 minutos porque no queria que me quedara oscuro y el resultado fue lo que yo speraba.Si recomiendo el producto:)

ich möchte mich gerne bedanken das meine Wünsche der Coloration so perfekt umgesetzt wurden. Ein wunderbarer satter Braunton, nicht zu aschig, nicht zu warm-rot.
Die Instuktionen für die Anwendung klar, eindeutig und einfach. Mit der Umsetzung braucht es bei längeren Haaren etwas Gefühl, ..aber das klappt auch.
Das ganze persönliche, ansprechende und wertige Päckchen ist schon eine Freude an sich. Aber auch der Inhalt von den Gloves, über den Pinsel, die Mischfläschchen, Abdeckcreme.
Ich werde bei Gelegenheit auch weitere Produkte aus dem Sortiment ausprobieren.
Im Moment bin ich mit meiner Farbe richtig zufrieden

This process was so easy! The directions were easy to follow and the applying process was a breeze! Hardly any mess, unlike store bought colors. Its been a few weeks since I have applied and after many washes my hair still looks like I just colored it!

Ich habe die Haarfarbe jetzt schon mehrfach angewendet und bin sehr zufrieden . Der Farbton wird ganz individuell zusammengestellt und entspricht genau meinen Vorstellungen. Die Farbe hält länger als bei anderen Produkten . Sehr gut finde ich die Beratung , man fragt vor der Lieferung ob etwas geändert werden soll. Die Zeiträume der Lieferung kann man jederzeit problemlos ändern oder ganz abbestellen.

Viele Jahre experimentierte ich mit den verschiedensten Haarfarben herum. Selbst vom Friseur bekam ich Farbe zum Mischen mit. Keine jedoch kam an dieses Farbergebnis heran.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Sicherlich muss ich noch ein bisschen üben, um meinen Ansatz noch besser rundum zu erwischen, jedoch: "Übung macht den Meister(in)". ;-)

The eSalon consultant listened to my concerns adjusted the formula, explained it to me and it has worked out just like we discussed. Thank you! Maybe I will make some changes in the future but the color is better now than it has been with a local salon for years.

I have used box colors for do long that my daughter took me to have my hair done professionally for a gift. I have tried to keep that up for a year, however when the virus came we were quaranteened for so long that I decided to try e-salon. I absolutely love it!!! It is easy to do, the directions are easy to follow, I love the color. I will never go back. Thank you!!!!

eSalon has made it very easy to do one's own hair coloring correctly.I loved the initial color, but am glad I have the option of going "slightly" darker. Personnel have been so responsive to my questions and were very helpful to secure that one gets the best hair color for one's self. I appreciate the patience and expertise of eSalon.

I first chose Esalon because I read good reviews and was curious, but was not sure how my ideal shade of ash blonde would turn out — I had previously tried at home box dyes that faded to a yellow-like dullness within 1 or 2 washes. Let me just say that the results are spot on! And after 4 or 5 weeks now I’m still happy with my color (and expect that I could squeeze in another week before dyeing again). However, my advice is once you’ve found your ideal shade (which could take a few tries) follow the directions exactly to every word — they are specific for a reason! I couldn’t be happier with my hair and am now a loyal follower!

I sent a message to my colorist asking if there were any changes that could be made in my then-usual color to more effectively cover the peeking gray. Like a magician she created a new color for those naughty peeking grays and it is AMAZING!! I love the results! The new shade blends with the prior color beautifully. Thank you!!!

I covered up blonde highlights and I have dark hair. I received an email from the colorist suggesting a primer to ensure the color "took". She warned me it might be red or purple but not to freak out because that was just step 1. Step 2 was the actual color. My hair turned out wonderful, great color and it hasn't been this soft in ages. The personalized color and services are greatly appreciated and I can't wait for my next shipment!

I was using drugstore box hair color for years and I think that was causing my hair to fall out in lumps. I started using esalon about 4 months ago & find substantially less hair fallout. I haven't been to a hair salon since the beginning of the year due to covid, so now my hair is almost mid-back length & quite full, so I'm happy to have switched to esalon.

I guess I use a very common color. I couldn't always find it when I needed it in the stores. e-Salon's color set is PERFECT. Color is very natural looking; grey coverage is good as well. The color lasts thru shampoos and environmental conditions without fading. It is always available and comes right to my door! This color set saves me time, frustration and gas trying to find my color in the stores. To me, it's the best thing since sliced bread!
Having my color done in a salon is not an option either. My length is just over the shoulder -- that means base cost of 85$. Compared to that, e-salon is the best bargain! I may play a bit with the color, but will never go back to OTC brands of hair color.

Well I used to spend £150 every 8 weeks having my hair done and the prices were still going up. I still have my hair cut but was fed up paying rediculous amounts for a colour that would just fade after a few weeks. I cant believe how well the colour has been matched to my last salon hair colour. Im so impressed. I cant wait to sample some new colours with my next order. Thank you

Die Haare sind nach dem Färben sehr schön griffig und weich. Die Verpackung ist individuell für jede Kundin hergestellt. Der Geruch der Farbe könnte weniger chemisch sein.

I loved everything about my kit - i even love the box it came in. I studied it for 2 days before I felt like, hey, I can do this! I did it by myself and just followed directions. The color turned out just about perfect and I'm excited to do it again! Thank you, eSalon colorists, you know whats up. I didn't use the tint rinse because there is no red or brassy tint in my hair. What happens if I use it? Should I use it?

Great results and very affordable. I totally trust eSalon’s product and won’t be using anything else in the future! I had never dyed my own hair before using this product. They suggested a slight color change from what I originally picked and it was literally perfect. It looks very natural and it lasts! Love it!!

The Auburn came out beautiful. My colorist did an amazing job getting my hair where I wanted it to be. My hair is super shiny and soft! I also think it's so cool and cute that the color and instructions are customized with my name on them.

I have been paying exorbitant amount of money to salons to hide my grey hair for at least 15 years. I can only recall approximately 10 times I exited the salon happy with the results. I believe this is only my 3rd order however your stylists hit a home run!!! It’s absolute magic. Even my dermatologist asked what my secret was! (I am undergoing radiation and cryogenic procedures on my face/scalp for squamous cell carcinomas). I will send a picture soon, after the swelling and bruising subside. I thank the Lord for your company. You are the one reason I don’t feel so ugly.

Ich war zuerst skeptisch, da nicht alle Bewertungen so gut sind aber ich muss sagen ,der Farbton ist sehr natürlich und gefällt mir sehr gut,nicht zu dunkel und nicht zu hell.O.k.die Farbmischung stinkt im ersten Moment sehr aber ich finde das es nach kurzer Zeit verflogen ist.Im ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden, hoffe das die Farbe, im grauen Haar etwas länger hält, als herkömmliche Farben aus dem Discounter. Also ich werde erst mal weiter diese Farbe benutzen.

I absolutely ADORE eSalon! I'm a redhead so of course hard to match, I lightened my hair between orders and simply notified them and my colorist adjusted my next order PERFECTLY! Also love the ends touch-up kit!!!! Can't say enough about how great they are. Superb products!

This is just like going to a real salon! The product is wonderful, when I wanted to adjust the color, they did so without hesitation or additional cost and the consult was complete and personal. The shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair silky soft and very manageable. Would recommend this to everyone!

Loved the explanation and the care behind this, with a bit of practice we can get a very satisfactory hair colour even if we are not the experts. A colourist follows your steps and is there if you have any questions I really liked it

Before the pandemic, I got my hair done every 3-4 months, properly cut, colored, and styled. Since the pandemic, I haven't felt safe doing that, but I really needed help! This is great because I can do my own hair, and I can enjoy different colors without worrying about it totally stripping or damaging my hair. And it's so affordable that I don't mind doing something nice for myself.

I’ve been a customer for awhile now and love the products. Have switched my formula a few times because I am a natural redhead but thru the years went darker. This is pretty close to my natural color and looks so healthy now

I did usually salon got expensive Then did boxed. Saw this and decided to order. Love it the color great and the color holds longer. Easy to use. And the staff really helpful to help. Color looks more natrual.

I normally went to hairdresser to have my colour done but with lock down so I decided to do if myself. The team and instructed are very helpful easy to apply colour, after colour my hair so soft, shiny and healthy looking. Definitely going to continue my next order. Thank you x
