The kit arrived with everything needed to colour my hair, and easy-to-follow instructions. The process was quick and easy. There was no strong nasty chemical smell. My colour is exactly what I wanted, and my hair is super soft and manageable immediately after colouring. I would absolutely recommend eSalon to everyone.

I have been coloring my hair over 25 years and have used a number of different products. They were simply Ok and washed out after only 2 weeks. ESalon is a different ball game! The color lasts longer. Better than that, the color is MY color! It matches my natural coloring, thanks to my personal ESalon colorist . I have asked for it to be adjusted over time and it has only gotten better! Yes, it is more costly than drugstore brands, but still over $100 less than in a salon. When my hair needs to be done, I don’t want to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, my kit is in my bathroom ready to go. I’ve had numerous friends wanting me to share where I get my hair colored. They can’t believe I do it at home. Once a friend asked IF my hair was colored! That’s the best compliment of all.

I am horrible and doing my own hair…usually. But these products make it so easy and the results are fantastic! My hair salon owning friend thinks I’m seeing another stylist and doesn’t believe I am coloring my own hair. The highlights made me nervous but again, results fantastic!

Die Farbe sieht unglaublich natürlich aus, genau wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Nach einer kleinen Anpassung beim ersten Mal habe ich meinen perfekten Farbton gefunden, und seitdem passt es immer perfekt. Auch die Anwendung ist einfach und angenehm – ich komme damit sehr gut zurecht, selbst ohne viel Erfahrung. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden und kann das Produkt nur weiterempfehlen!

Wie immer deckt es perfekt meinen nachgewachsenen Ansarz aus weißen und grauen Haaren ab,bis jetzt die einzige Coloration die das kann auch im hellen Tageslicht.Und ich habe sehr viele ausprobiert, Premiummarken als auch normale aus der Drogerie.Nur 4 Punkte weil die Farbe nie ganz meine ist,wurde auch schon mehrfach auf meinen Wunsch angepasst, sonst wären es 5 Sterne!!Aber ein toller Glanz!!

First, let's talk about the box it comes in. It's cute and friendly with little messages over the products. The instructions are easy to follow and the color turned out great. My hair also didn't feel dry after coloring which is a huge change from the drugstore haircolor box I used to use. Also, the personal stylist is so helpful and informative. They answer all your questions and make sure you get what you want as far as color. This is a must have product for me.

Color was great match & lasted longer than expected.
However the TONER which I used 2 weeks after the color turned my hair nearly BLACK!!! I will NOT be using the second set received & would like to return the toner for a refund. It was just awful... I followed the directions to a T ... everyone is commenting on how DARK my hair is now.... UGH!

I Was hesitant at first. But I went ahead and purchased a personalized color. I am also a cosmetologist, and I love the color that they mixed for me. My color is still fresh. Just waiting to see how long it will be before my Grays are visible. So far there isn't any damage that I can feel. My hair is soft and luxurious. Not to mention the color in the sunlight.

I was sceptical, but then I went for it. I decided to try because nothing else was working for me and even at the salon I wasn’t getting the colour I wanted. When I tell you I am shocked! I am. It’s exactly what I’ve been trying to achieve. Looks so natural and beautiful. The process was so simple and fool proof. Easier than any kit I’ve used. My hair feels healthier than it was before and I will continue with this method. Absolute perfection! Don’t second guess, just do it.

I always used box dyes beforehand, but after this I wouldn't go back, did once and immediately regreted it. These customs give my hair the perfect colour, the perfect touch, it doesn't stain at all and you cab definitely feel that it is a different and much more valuable hairdye then usual drugstore ones. I think the price is definitely worth it! Would recommend to everyone!

So I messed up my color and Alexandria took the time to Listen to me regarding my color mess up and explain to me how to fix it, She even laughed with me when I told her my hair was now orange on top and the comments I was getting regarding. You'd look like carrot top and a few others like Ronald Mcdonald. She sent me my color repair kit 😍 And my hair is perfect. I love the color.

At 52 finally giving in to having my hair dyed. Being severely disabled I get Salon quality in the comfort of my own home. My daughter has become a colourist specialst now! I was hesitant about the colour but I made a great choice. I've had so many comments on the bronze tones which completely covers the salt n pepper. Because of my natural coulour it gives differing tones making it look quite natural and proffessional.

When I tried my eSalon hair color, I was pleasantly surprised how good it looked and the color actually covered my grays in the front without it looking much lighter.
I sent a picture of what my hair looked like before and filled out the quizz about what I wanted. When I received my custom color set and how nice the personalized package was, I could not be happier with the results.. I will definitely be ordering from eSalon again.

I love my hair color and thank the stylists who custom crafted it to my specializations. My scalp is extremely sensitive - my scalp felt a bit itchy/irritated the next day after coloring but i was itch free by the following day - that's a winner in my book! Just used my first box and I am so impressed with the results! Salon trips were just becoming too expensive but I needed my grays covered. Box dye always left my hair feeling so dry. This was truly like a little salon experience in a box. The color came out great. My hair is soft!! All the little added accessories were very helpful, especially the color shield to prevent my whole forehead from getting dyed. I'm actually excited for the next box!!

I have been using the eSalon Custom Color Set for over ten years. My hair always looks natural and bright, with consistent color each time I color it. It has not damaged my hair, and it feels soft and thick. I can easily change my delivery schedule and adjust the color when I want. I am not going anywhere else for color. I love this product.

I was so delighted to receive my first order! The box was personalized and so pretty with easy directions and a cute little sticker to hang the instructions on the wall as you color your hair. 2 pair of gloves made the job less messy. The best part was the color; rich, deep copper tone which covered my greys perfectly.

This was my first time coloring my own hair. I have to admit to having been bit nervous about it. I followed the instructions included in my kit and watched a few of the instructional videos. All of the info was right there! It wasn’t very difficult at all and my hair came out great! The colorist really nailed my color the first time!
For those who are considering this: My hair was once blonde, and is now graying around the edges. It’s dark in back, lighter in front (the very definition of “mousey.”) I had highlights previously.

I love this company. As a redhead my color makes up so much of who I am. As I have gotten a little older it has become a bit more blonde. This service allows me to regain some of my youthful brightness. The products are so gentle and I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all. The colors are so nice that even my hair dresser doesn't know it's colored!

Literally. I can’t keep up with existing and raising children long enough to write a review and I’m stopping my workday right now to write this because this is literally the best company I think I have ever worked with. I needed a little tweaking to my color, and I easily figured out where to submit that l, and a real live hair consultant CALLED ME on the phone like real life lol. Amazing. This has been a game changer, and it’s really not THAT hard to do. The kit makes it as easy as humanly possible. Get one of those trifold mirrors if you really want to “paint” it on, or just do what I do and put the gloves on and free-for-all it. Works just the same for me. Again, thank you for being the real deal.

I am 100% thrilled with the results. I'm full grey & could only get my hair dyed in a hairdressers. Anytime I used a box dye the greys would turn pink.
