This is my first time using esalon and I’m so impressed! I’ve used color from the local beauty supply store and had mediocre results. But the color I got from esalon is gorgeous and my hair feels amazing. It really does produce salon quality results. I do have to say that this color turned out darker than I expected but I still love it and I was coloring over red. The red is pretty much gone so I’m very happy. Thank you so much esalon!! ❤️❤️

Used the color for the first time today and I’m over the moon! My hair feels thicker and is softer than before I dyed it. And the color is an exact match to the sample on my phone! I’m excited to keep experimenting with fun color!!!

This is an intense colouring system, but so so worth it! I loved every single product in my first box. The smell of the dye is a little hard to handle. I was worried it was going to be a bland color, its not!!! I went with a dark brown/red and im absolutely in love with this color. IT COVERED ALL THE GREYS!!!! I feel and look 10 years younger! ESALON FOR THE WIN!!!

Love the products and how everything is losted step by step but what really sold me on this company is their professionalism and when i needed to cancel do to not needing another color they resolved everything and refunded me in less then 2 minutes on the phone. It was nice that you supplied a color for roots and ends separately. I am actually a cosmetologist but I’m all about trying new ways to color my own hair. Sometimes me going to the salon isn’t ideal so the DIY at home works good for me. Due to limited colors and the vibrancy of certain tones I will add color shots in my personalized color for more violet vibrancy. The shampoo and conditioner packets did leave my hair feeling soft which was a bonus. Over all the packaging & the product were nice and I’m still waiting for my hair to dry to see the full end result. Thank you :)

I’d never colored my hair at home before using eSalon, but my salon trips were getting too expensive to maintain. The step-by-step instructions were super easy and the color really lasts. I have done 3 treatments so far and will continue with eSalon.

For a few months now I have used e-salon. Their customer service is excellent, and they strive to give you exactly what you want. Having previously used both drugstore products and salon hair coloring, I can say that I have never had so many compliments on my hair. After application the shampoo and conditioner that is included leaves my hair incredibly soft and healthy-feeling. Great product!

I had asked that my forumla be lightened a bit but found when I applied the new color is was more redish orange than the lighter blonde/brown I was expecting. I called in early Monday morning and was put through to a specialist right away. Alyson listened to my description and immmediatley knew what to do to "tone it down" sent out the fix and within 48 hours I had the fix in my hand. Most importantly it now looks perfect!!! I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the paitence and help provided by this expert team and will continue to use the product. Also, lesson for me to be a little more specific and/or call to discuss rather than just writing online! Thanks again for expert help when I needed it.

My 1st application my hair felt super soft, healthy and smelled very nicely. The color didn’t turn out to be what I had expected (was too Dark) but I believe the products in general are of high quality and will continue using eSalon.

I was sketchy at first trying it but once I did it, it was exactly what I wanted and been looking for! Every time in the past when I tried to get this look, my hair turned darker and darker. This actually got me closer to my natural hair colour plus it lightend it up a bit to my liking! I love how simple it was to use and how the directions were so clear and easy to use!

I bought my first kit about 3 years ago do to my back issues I was not able to go to the salon and sit for a long period of time. This option let me do things at my own pace and take breaks in between. I started going back to the salon a year ago, biggest mistake of my life! I don't understand why but esalons products made my hair so much healthier and soft so here I am again back to buy my own products and do it myself. I'm very very happy with the color and adjustments that have been prepared just for me and my specific preference. The initial color for me was spot on, it did darken a bit after a couple more colorings. I chose an auburn color and as everyone knows reds are hard to maintain. I reached out to the support team and they corrected my formula in less than 24 hours, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This color is perfect for me. I have an outrageous amount of gray and it covers it all perfectly and lasts longer than other color I have used. I highly recommend the stain wipes, as they got rid of every bit of black dye I got on my skin.

I chose a reddish brown with gold mixed in. Loved the color and got so many compliments on it. The another great part about the service is you get how to videos on coloring your own hair and you can adjust the color when you want to.

I’ve been coloring/covering my gray at a salon for 20 years so was hesitant to try an online color service. My goal was to “buy some time” between salon services and esalon has enalbled me to do just that. The color is spot on/excellent gray coverage, & doesn’t fade. My local colorist didn’t even notice my touch up. E-salon has exceeded my expectations!

I used this for the first time a few weeks ago and I have to say I'm already hooked! The people are awesome and answer your questions, and the color is amazing! I always liked my salon color, but after 2 or 3 washes I could tell it faded and continued to do so. This color I got (light brown red mahogany) so far has held up a lot better. You can still see the red a few weeks later. (Red washes out quickly). Also my hair feels great. I was worried since I know box color is so bad for your hair how this would turn out. Over all very impressed and can't wait to see how the color takes to my hair next time.

The kit and instructions are perfect. I've been a longtime color at home gal. And enjoy a good salon visit. I found the personalization to be exceptional. Upon my first try I worked with my stylist to adjust the time, since it didn't quite come out. Next shipment my instructions were adjusted and my hair turned out perfect. Now, 3 colors in, and I literally have strangers asking me. A natural dirty blonde if I'm a natural redhead because they've never seen such a beautiful red color! Definitley going to keep using.

I have been mixing my own hair Color for 20 years by combining various off-the-shelf hair color kits. This is been really hit or miss and expensive. Every time I colored my hair it was a different color. eSalon Got the color right the first time. Now my hair is consistently one color and I’m saving money. Hi guys! This was my first time using eSalon and I love it! I answered the questions and selected the hair color closest to what I currently have which was actually quite a bit lighter. I emailed my stylist (Anna) my current color formula and told her I like high fashion reds and sent her pictures of me supporting my favorite color and she matched me perfectly!!! Love how soft my hair is as well. I signed up for the auto ship which I will continue. You can also choose how often you want it. And it really is easy to cancel or skip a month if you want to. LOVE!

Sehr schöne Textur, einfach aufzutragen ob mit Pinsel oder direkt mit der Flasche. Kein Tropfen oder Verlaufen. Die Farbe wird sehr gut von den Haaren angenommen. Kein ausbluten oder verfärben von Kopfkissen oder Handtüchern.
